We are particularly interested in supported living because of its potential to combine stable, long-term housing with positive social outcomes when delivered in partnership with experienced care providers and in line with local authority commissioning needs.

How we work
Our approach is compliance-led and long-term. We typically acquire and adapt residential properties to meet agreed specifications and then lease them to established supported living providers on a long-term basis.
We are not seeking operational involvement and aim to create low-churn, stable arrangements that work for providers, commissioners, and residents.
